Grill Duty
We will need 1-2 adult volunteers to run the grill for the allocated times above(unless stated otherwise)
One will be running the grill (cooking hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs).
One will be replenishing meats and cheeses to the grill and wrapping the cooked food in foil.
ALL volunteers MUST wear gloves while handling any foods.
Jason and SaBrina Woodall are the Directors of Concessions and will be around to assist on occasion. Their concession stand workers will be able to answer any questions you might have regarding your grill duty, if necessary.
Starting Shift
· Grill will need to be gotten from the equipment shed by the bathrooms
· Make sure cooking utensils are clean before using!
· Turn the grill on high and scrub down with the scrub brush to remove any grease before starting to cook
· Scrub brushes and utensils are in the drawer to the right of the sink.
· Spice rub, wrapping foils and gloves are on the counter in the corner.
· Hamburgers and Hot Dogs are in the freezer in the back room.
· Cheese is in the fridge in the front concession area.
· Wear gloves!
· Cook and wrap hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs and take to cooler by concession window. Cook based on need once you have caught up to the crowd.
Clean Up Crew
· Scrub down the grill with the scrub brush to remove any grease before turning it off
· Once cooled down, fold in the hot dog tray and close the top flaps
· Take the grill back to the shed for storage
· Clean grill utensils and put them back in the drawer to the right of the sink
